The
“Warranty Administration Experts™” was created in 1996 by Randy Shepard,
Sr., CEO of Randy Shepard & Associates, Inc. located in Buffalo, NY. The
concept for the WAE network came about due to the increasing number of phone
calls received from dealerships requesting other services/products to be
available besides warranty processing. Since it’s inception, the “Warranty
Administration Experts™” has grown to have over 25 affiliates located across
the United States & Canada that are able to assist dealers with a variety of
service & warranty related programs. The best part about our network is that
we customize each of our programs to suit the needs of your dealership.
Assistance is provided in all service & warranty areas including: Training,
Warranty Compliance & Review, Audit Appeal Assistance, Fixed Operations and
Claims Clean-Up.
Our commitment to
dealerships is the concept that warranty claims should be the most reliable
source of cash flow. Ford, DaimlerChrysler, General Motors and Import
Manufacturers are your largest service customer and you are entitled to be
paid for every legitimate warranty repair that you perform for them.
Your dealership is entitled
to assurance that by having a well managed warranty administration program,
you will collect every legal dollar owed by your manufacturer. Keep in mind
that the collection of your warranty dollars is only one component of a
successful warranty program. WAE™ provides both training and compliance
review for your key personnel to ensure that your service and parts
departments are following the policies and procedures as outlined by your
manufacturer.
In an effort to be a full service
warranty network, we also publish the
"Wizard$ of Warranty™" Newsletter now available in a weekly fax edition.
Our publication is designed to assist all levels of Management within the
Service and Parts Departments. The newsletters are designed to keep you
informed and up-to-date on all of the ever changing issues within the
Warranty Maze.
